We know that caring for your health and the health of your family is a primary concern for our employees, so we work hard to ensure that we offer a quality benefits program. Our comprehensive benefits package allows us to recruit and retain the most highly trained and talented professionals in the industry. Below is a list of some of our benefit highlights:

Medical :

xScion offers an excellent Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) program through Carefirst’s BlueChoice network. Under this plan, xScion assists employees with healthcare coverage by providing them with a vehicle to pay for medical and prescription costs on a tax favored basis.

Dental :

xScion offers a Traditional Dental plan through the Carefirst network. This plan covers 100% of preventive care and a substantial amount of basic and major services.

Medical :

xScion offers Long Term Disability coverage through Guardian. This provides for 60% of earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000 after a 180 day waiting period.

Vision :

xScion will reimburse employees up to $300 per year for vision related expenses including exams, frames, contact lenses etc.

Disability Protection :

xScion offers Long Term Disability coverage through Assurant. This plan provides for 60% of earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000 after a 180 day waiting period.

Employee Life Insurance :

At no cost to employees, eligible xScion employees are covered for two (2) times their annual compensation to a maximum $100,000 in life insurance coverage. In addition, a company paid accidental death and dismemberment policy, if applicable, doubles the insured amount.

Paid Time Off (PTO) :

xScion respects employees' needs for time away from work. In addition to eight Paid Holidays (including your Birthday), xScion employees are eligible for three (3) floating holidays as well as three (3) weeks to use for time needed away from work.

Retirement Savings :

Employees are immediately eligible to participate in xScion's 401(k) Savings Plan and may contribute up to 16% of compensation on a tax-deferred basis.

Maternity Leave :

xScion provides new mothers with up to 8 weeks of paid time off to spend with their newborns.

Paternity Leave :

xScion’s Paternity Leave Policy allows new fathers to take three (3) paid days off to spend time supporting their family.

Tuition Reimbursement :

xScion will reimburse employees for courses directly contribute to their career growth as well as interests of xScion.

Employee Referral Bonus Program :

xScion will reimburse up to $2,500 for employees to refer former co-workers/colleagues who subsequently become xScion employeesbr />

Certification Test Reimbursement :

xScion will reimburse employees for Certification Tests that will directly contribute to their career growth as well as interests of xScion.

Direct Deposit :

Employees are immediately eligible for direct deposit for payroll purposes.
