Our management team follows a proven process to insure that our staff members are consistently given the opportunity to discuss their career objectives, receive feedback about their performance and participate in meaningful assignments.
Consultant Management begins at the onset of a career with xScion when our Consultants document their goals and objectives. Weekly status reports are completed by each of our Consultants and in addition to project related information, information relevant to the progress toward their documented career objectives are recorded. These status reports provide a tracking mechanism for project and career performance. They are summarized and reviewed formally on a semi-annual basis as well as at the completion of a client engagement.
